USDPrivacy is the founder's company behind USDPSWAP. The platform is built around Monero as an internal privacy routing leg. Swaps require no account and no ID on the USDPrivacy front end.
Users do not select XMR as a swap input or output in the current product. It is the internal routing leg, not a coin users are promised to receive.
A partnership with Monero Observer is confirmed. No private partnership terms are published here.

Third-party providers may request information, delay a swap, or refuse it. That means absolute anonymity or “no KYC in every case” must not be promised.
The no-account and no-ID statement applies to the USDPrivacy front end. It is not a guarantee about every provider or every transaction.
